Location Management:

Create specific locations that will later be assigned to different work orders.

Creation of work orders:

• Specify tasks and dates.
• Create orders for the company or workers.
• Assign tasks to work orders.
• Associate tasks with clients/services, assign identifiers, labels and fields fillable by workers during the performance of their task.
• Assigning locations to require workers to clock in location of the work order.
• Assign orders to specific work centers, professional categories or workers.
• Availability of orders according to active contract in centers or professional categories.

Location and organization:

• Locate all orders (pending or completed).
• Add, edit and delete orders.
• View work times of assigned workers.
• Add, edit and consult observations.
• Upload and download documents associated with observations.

Order completion:

• Finalize orders, changing their status from pending to completed.
• Workers can also finalize assigned orders.
